2. Find and seek approval for the location where the event will be held ensuring the space is large enough for the expected audience and equipment.

3. Decide upon a movie you would like to play. We can also assist in this area especially with licensing of the film.

4. Add extra attractions to the evening, e.g. food, drinks, popcorn, stalls, etc. and start marketing your event.
